City Office Market Review - digest of key agents'
assessments
The City Property Advisory Team (CPAT) produces a quarterly
digest report tracking key aspects of the City office property
market. The reports provide an accurate overview of the previous
three months within the City, focusing on seven key issues:
take-up, demand, supply, development, rents, investment, and
yields. A wide range of agents' reports are utilised for each
publication, although several agents have been selected to be used
on a regular quarterly basis to act as a control monitor on the
state of the market.

City Agents Quarterly Office Demand Survey
CPAT also contributes to the
City Agents Quarterly Office Demand Survey, produced on behalf
of the City of London. The survey gives agents assessments for the
previous three months office activity within the City, as well as
providing an outlook for the following six months.
