visit the Cemetery & Crematorium and make your selection in
person. However, if you are unable to make a personal visit, it is
now possible to order your dedication online.

Placement of cremated remains
When placing cremated remains, we are legally obliged to act upon
the written signature of the applicant for cremation. Form CLC1
must therefore be signed and returned to us even if you are
ordering your memorial online. If you do not have a copy of form
